Our Process

During our 10-week academic term, students have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consulting for business clients. We have a flexible and dynamic approach to consulting that consists of 5-7 Associate Consultants, an Engagement Manager, and a Partner. The timeline of a typical project looks like the following:

  • Our Engagement Managers and Partners work with our clients to discuss the scope of the project. This typically outlines the timeline of key deliverables our clients can expect from us, and outlines the plan.

  • The project team curates a personalized detailed framework that identifies possible approaches and work streams for the clients objectives.

  • During a scheduled meeting, the project team meets with the client to discuss completed and future research to ensure the team's work aligns with the clients key objectives.

  • Based on our research and analysis, the project team builds suitable strategies addressing our clients' key objectives outlined in the scope.

  • In a scheduled meeting, the project team presents key findings and their recommendations to our clients. While this acts as our final meeting of the project cycle, it may also open doors for future engagements.
